Step 1： use a brush or some cotton cloth to wet the mold detergent, and then paint it to the surface of the mold, which should be painted two to three times. 

Step 2: three minutes later, the wax-dirt will be erased by the cotton cloth. If the wax-dirt is too thick, the above procedure should be repeated several times more. Finally, the mold will be definitely very clean.

Attention：

When the mold cleaner is painted on the surface of the mold, it will flow from high places to low places. When the wetting of the high is not enough, it is required to brush again so that the wetting property of both high places and low places will be the same.

577S Operation Instruction:

This mold detergent is mainly used for cleaning kinds of resin dirt of the surface of molds. 
1. The unsaturated polyester resins can be directly operated on cold molds. 

Step 1：put a piece of cotton cloth on the surface of the mold, and then pour the mold detergent on the cotton cloth. But make sure that the wetting is even which is like the operation of applying masks. 

Step 2: it usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, and then scrape off the residue on the mold. If it becomes soft, you can use the cotton cloth or abrasive cloth to wipe the residue. 

Step 3: Repeat step 1-2 until the resin dirt is completely cleaned.

Step 4: clean up the mold using the laundry detergent water. Finally, use water to wash it again.

2. In the epoxy system, use fiberglass mold to make products, you are advised to:

Step 1: heat the mold to 50-80℃, 

Step 2: put a piece of cotton cloth on its surface, and then pour the mold detergent on the cotton cloth. But make sure that the wetting is even which is like the operation of applying masks. 

Step 3: It usually takes 5 to 15 minutes, and then scrape off the residue on the mold. If it becomes soft, you can employ the cotton cloth or abrasive cloth to wipe the residue. 

Step 4: clean up the mold using the laundry detergent water. Finally, use water to wash it again.
Attention：

1. During the operation, you are advised to wear a pair of leather gloves or rubber gloves.
